In Nigeria and across Canada, with Calgary, Edmonton and Toronto as our home bases. We're happy to travel elsewhere in Canada too. We aren't taking weddings in the UK or US yet.
Yes, this is one of the things we do most. Our team on the ground in Nigeria coordinates with your family and vendors, and we keep you updated with regular video calls.
For full and partial planning, a 40% non-refundable retainer secures your date, and the balance is due two weeks before your wedding. Day-of coordination needs a 70% non-refundable deposit, with the balance due at least one week before. You'll get a contract with all our terms before paying anything.
In Nigeria, our fees cover weddings in Enugu and Anambra. For weddings elsewhere, transport and accommodation for our team are agreed with you in advance. In Canada, travel costs for weddings outside Calgary, Edmonton and Toronto are discussed and agreed before you book.
We can plan both on the same day, and your quote will reflect the extra coordination. If your events are on different days, you get 10% off the total.
Of course. We'll review their contracts and coordinate them with the rest of your team. To keep the day running smoothly, we ask for full authority over all vendors on the day, and we can't take responsibility for vendors we didn't recommend.
Nine to twelve months is ideal for full planning, especially for summer weekends in Canada and December weddings in Nigeria. Get in touch even if your date is sooner and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
